Match report So to the 3/4th place play off versus Essex club wanstead, what have the girls got in the tank after the heartbreak against Chicester?.

Bowling first again, we look out on our feet, bowling/fielding well below the standards we set in the first two games, though young Hannah shows the way, with the game down to 8 overs a side 68 seems a lot.

Flo strides to the changing rooms looking like thunder, and declares "im batting", coach is too scared to argue so our big guns Flo and Georgia open up, this will go one of two ways!!

What an inspired choice coach!, Flo smashes it everywhere, and Georgia joins in too, Flo races to 25 and has to retire, we have 40 in 3.5 overs!!, surely we cant blow this, Georgia gets caught, and then hero Maddie comes and goes quickly, nerves start to jangle as we get stuck!!, 3 balls to go we still need 4 , but dont fret Deryk has it all under control , and clips the ball square for 4 to seal a very well deserved win.

So third place it is, what a great effort by the girls who made everybody so so proud, tears, joy, heartache who needs soaps!!
The only team from a non-first class county comes third, and puts us firmly on the map, the third best girls u15 team in 10 counties, now that is good!!
