As you will recall from last year the committee have been looking closely at how we best structure our professional coaching investment moving forward, not least in the light of Martin's decision to hang up his boots.
After some careful consideration we best feel at this stage this would be met by having one overall lead for coaching which spans the whole of the club covering both Juniors and Adults, male and female.
Thus attached is the job description for the new role which we are currently advertising.
Finding the right calibre candidate will no doubt be challenging so please as members spread the word far and wide so we can give ourselves the best possible chance.
In the interim period i am pleased to say Martin has agreed to carry on in the short term to ensure all of the significant planning and organization needed for the 24 Junior season remains on track.
