Unfortunately as against Sudbury we had found ourselves far stronger than the opposition. After winning the toss Captain Phoenix elected to bat first. Opener Ben Hunt was promptly bowled first ball of the match. In walked the skipper at number 3. Arthur and Lewis Millions shared a 46 run partnership off 33 balls to get us started. Further wickets fell but a good 39 between Varun and George and 36 between Cameron and George saw the runs ticking over nicely. Copdock finishing up on 150 off their 20 overs. A good effort as boundaries had been hard to find due to good field placement and long grass in the outfield.

Unfortunately for Felixstowe their innings never really got going. The Copdock bowlers hit their line and lengths straight away and took a flurry of wickets to leave Felixstowe 9-6 at one stage. A big mention to George Bennett who took a hat trick - all bowled. Shaanjeai also bowling well finishing with figures of 2.1-1-1-2. Felixstowe eventually all out for 29 off 13.1 overs. Well done Cobras.
