Match report An excellent performance by the Cardinals before rain intervened. Fielding first the lads did brilliantly to limit Felixstowe to 97 off 30 overs, showing fantastic concentration and commitment in the field, whilst taking some superb catches and bowling with accuracy at the stumps.

Before the rain hit Copdock, Louis & Jevon had got Copdock off to a flyer going at 6 an over by hitting the bad balls for 4 and milking singles. Jevon was run out attempting a quick single, leaving Conner to continue the quick scoring, showing positive intent from ball one. However, biblical rain hit Copdock in the 8th over, allowing the players to enjoy a wonderful tea as the rain continued to fall which eventually lead to the match being abandoned.
