Copdock & Old Ipswichian Cricket Club Under 11 Phoenix v Woodbridge u11 on Mon 18 May 2015 at 6pm
Copdock & Old Ipswichian Cricket Club Lost 252-5 vs 303-2

Match report A very cold evening and a late start due to some showery rain which kept the covers on until around 18:15. Captain Strand won the toss and elected to bat. Unfortunately the boys found run making hard and only 2 boundaries were scored in a final total of 252 for 5.

Woodbridge set about the task with positive running between the wickets and despite some good spells of bowling and Captain/Keeper Strand also bowling 3 overs the innings eventually closed on 303 for 2.

Plenty of positives to take away however, lots to work on in training this week too. Thank you to everyone who helped out on the night.
