Match report A beautiful sunny evening, a great crowd and some wonderfully entertaining cricket, what more could you ask for? Copdock skipper William Stace won the toss and elected to bowl first.

A great opening over from Kajeai then set the tone for the rest of the Hadleigh innings. Kajeai picked up 2 wickets in the first followed by a hat-trick (all bowled) in his second over. Not to be outdone Varun bagged himself 3 wickets in his first over too. Wickets continued to fall steadily and to be fair to Hadleigh they carried on fighting and played some nice cricket too. Worth mentioning 3 direct hit run outs in the final total of 223-15.

With the pressure off all of our batting pairs accumulated runs at a steady pace, good running between the wickets and some nice proper cricket strokes were played. The last pair to bat (Will Bailey and Kajeai) decided it was time to free their arms and smashed the ball to all corners of the ground. Kajeai finishing on 43.

All in all another stunning victory and pleasingly again the things we are working on in training are being taken into our matches and making a difference.
