Match report Phoenix racked up a comprehensive win to make it three wins out of three in a week and four out of four straight league wins against FandCY.

Captain Puckey lost another toss (when will the run end Zach?) and Felixstowe elected to field. Phoenix made hay while the sun shone with the top order dominating a very ordinary bowling attack. Before Felixstowe knew it Puckey had retired on 34*, Gray on 33* and Meakin 32* with the only top order wicket being taken that of Doig on 24 attempting a lofted drive back past the bowler who snaffled the catch off his own bowling.

Phoenix's middle order continued to score fluently to pile up an impressive IPL-esque 173 off their 20 overs.

In reply Felixstowe batted out their 20 overs with Read and Kelly being the main scorers, Kelly retiring on 32*. Phoenix fielded well throughout the innings and there were impressive bowling debuts at U13 from the diminutive Bailey Gibbs 4-0-12-2 and James Vickers 4-1-20-3. James Gray capped an impressive fielding display by the team shying at two stumps from distance to get a great run out.

Felixstowe closed on 105 in their 20 overs to see Copdock win comfortably by 68 runs.

Phoenix Man of the Match was Zach Puckey for a fine Captains performance.
