Match report And on we go! Acting skipper shrewdly and with great cunning won the toss and elected to use the new cherry (well actually he spotted who the opposition had turned up with) and decisive opening spells from newly-cropped Oliver Gravell and certainly not newly-cropped Sasha Ward (3 for 13) reduced them to 15 for 4. There is no return from there as The Cat (3 for 16) and Shsh... Its A Secret (2 for 20) and a final wicket from The Sparrer bowled them out for 66 - and they were lucky to get that. And we never used our secret weapon, Boults! 10 for 66 is a well known analysis in Test Cricket (I was only reading about it the other day - how sad is that??) The first to email me this week with details of who and when qualifies for a prize. Judicious use of a set of bingo numbers produced a batting order which produced the desired effect of a 7 wicket win (Hugo "The Hair" Gravell 34 runs - we will miss him next week when apparently he has been issued with a 3 line whip to spend some time with his grandma - perhaps in view of current Child Protection issues, I should be careful of making statements like that!) Skipper in the Hound by 5pm sending gloating messages to the 3rd team skipper. Easy game cricket!
