Match report The U15s first match was a Suffolk Cup encounter against Woolpit. Lewis Catlow, captaining on debut won the toss and elected to bat. The batting performance was exceptional, Hugo Gravell top scoring with an unbeaten 50 retired, and a great tempo from all batters throughout, attaining the 8.8 runs per over score of 176.
The bowling attack followed up the good batting display by making runs very hard to come by, tying Woolpit down and taking wickets at regular intervals. Ryan Culley's 3 wickets were especially pleasing.
Next round is either Bury or Haverhill.
