Match report Copdock U13's progres through to Suffolk Cup semi-final with a nailbiting win over Mildenhall.

Batting second and set a very gettable 95 off 15 overs to win, Copdock's batters ets a steady pace always maintaining touching distance with the 6.5 rpo needed. Successive batters came and went retiring on 25 and neding 5 off the final over Andrew Whitehead came in to face one ball neding two to win...

He smashed the final ball through the covers for four to secure a 7 wicket win and a home tie against opposition still to be determined!

The whole team played their part however special mention should go to Jake Simpson who bowled really well and young William Marston who stepped up from the U11's to play at an hours notice and whose debut at U13 saw him pick up a wicket with a tiday final over spell.
