- To ensure the Club operates within the rules of its constitution
- To support the achievement of the Clubs development plan
- To ensure the Club maintains a strong and viable financial position
- To provide clear direction and support to the delegated sub committees
- To ensure a robust system of governance on key areas such as child welfare, health and safety, tax and any other relevant legislation
