Match report Well what a good game of cricket, 2 teams full of vibrant youth players and old gits like Toby, the game got off to a bad note when the 12th man for copdock Mr A Smith decided to take his talent to Brantham ( apparently they have offered him a central contract and would like him to coach the over 85s - good luck bro).

Back to the game, Copdock lost the toss and were put in to bat, a great start from Tweedle dum and dee ( davey and Cherry) which should of meant a score near the 200 mark, however after some quality umpiring from James Burch and some ordinary shots and some good bowling from Gibbs of Kelvedon we were reduced to 177. However with the young busy team and our bowling line up we were always confident of taking the victory.
Kelvedon got off a good start, congrats must go out to Adam and Ethan as they both opened the bowling very postively and kept the score down to 40 off their 10 0vers( 2 young bowlers who I feel have lots to offer, then messsers Smith and Catchpole entered the frame taking 9 wkts between them, there was still time for another short burst from the opening pair at a crucial time of the game, and they did very well to hold kelvedon at bay, Well done to all the team and may the winning streak continue.
