Match report U13's thumped by Easton

A very young U13's team was put to the sword in the seasons opener against a very well drilled Easton side.

Winning the toss and electing to field was an odd decision given that in early May we would be batting in the dark and things didn't get too much brighter from that point on.

Easton cantered to 132 for 4 and in reply Copdock were bowled out for 74 in 15.2 overs, James Doig top scoring on 14. Of the remaining batsmen only Ryan Gittens reached double figures before being trapped LBW on 10.
