Match report On a damp evening Copdock welcomed a young, but competent Bury side under the guidance of county coach Mary M. Bury were invited to bat first on a slightly damp track, and the opening pair of Flo and Emma bowled well, Skipper Flo lead from the front, bowling 3 top overs of off spin, and finishing with the figures of 3-0-3-3. She was well backed up by the rest of the gang and great to see both Daisy and young Polly bowling maidens. The young Bury batters struggled to get the ball away, and with some tidy keeping from Georgia, and a catch from Alice we kept them down to a total of 25.

Copdock had an early stutter when star batter Georgia was bowled for 0, but Flo and Aisha steadied the ship and took up past the total, after this the rest of the gang had a bat , the highlight being a superb Emma B cover drive for 4(new bat wow), and Maddie cracking a boundary. Overall a competent win in tricky conditions, well done the Foxes.
